Features
of SSVR:
1.
Multiple power input – from mains / Grid, from Solar Panel, and from small
Batteries for 2 second to handle 3 times starting power.
2. Alternate high capacity batteries can
be used to run continuously from batteries as per capacity.
3. Inverter is delivering continuous
power 1.5 KW and peak power of 4 KW for 2 seconds for running existing 1 Ton
AC.
4. The above is equipped with a solar panel of 1.8 KW.
5. This inverter uses mains input and
solar DC. Depending on solar output, the same would be minimally used.
6. ROI on solar panel will be higher as when the AC is not in use, any
appliance limited to 1.5 KW and peak power 4 KW for 2 seconds can be powered on
this inverter like any 1 KW induction motor.
7. Added benefit would be minimal effect of voltage fluctuations and a wider
operating range due to built-in Static
Voltage Regulator, thus eliminating the need for a stabilizer.

Key Advantage
of SSVR:
1. Making a Solar inverter having continuous power 1.5 KW and peak
power of 4 KW for 2 seconds for running existing 1 Ton AC.
2. This inverter have mains input and solar DC. Depending on solar output, the
same would be minimally used.
3. This solution is not have the issues of night running as the AC will
continue to run on mains or high capacity batteries.

FAQ
Q1 What kind of appliances would you expect the
inverter to run
A1. 1 Ton window AC, 1 Ton split AC, 1 HP submersible
pump, Any 1 HP single phase induction motor. There are many other induction
motor driven applications in villages.
Q2 how many hours could it run on battery power.
A2. Typically 1 Ton AC or 1 hp ACIM consumes power
below 1200W. Generally these devices are operated at 70% duty cycle in multiple
ON-OFF cycles. If we use 12V 150AH x 6 lead Acid batteres, then we can run
application for 6 hours continuous.
Q3 How many hours will it take to charge on solar and
to charge on ac mains.
A3. We mave implemented 10Acharger from DC bus which
is derived from mains / Solar. We can increase this charging current to say 20A
based on application.
Q4 These will be of interest to any consumer.
A4. Yes, it has many applications for interest of
customer.
Q5 Can you select a larger battery pack to extend the
time.
A5. Yes, as explained above, batteries rating can be
increased. In present model, we are using batteries as starter power.
Q6 I would expect that you would use batteries
overnight and solar during the day.
A6. Yes, it is possible with say 12V 150 AH batteries.
We can increase power of solar panels. Presently we have selected 330W x 6
panels.
Q7 Can the solar cells typically provide full output
power during daylight?
A7. You can get 300x6=1800W for 6 hours a day from
330Wp panels and say 70% power for remaining 50% day time. Very low power for 2
Hours in morning and evening.
Q8 How does it compare to what is already available on
the market?
A8. There is no such solution available. Other
solution offers 5KVA PCU to run 1 Tion AC.
Additional feature: we can
limit mains power to 1200W and remaing starting power from small batteries.
This way existing 1.5KW home inverter can be used to power our PCU and it will
run 1 Ton AC or other applications from existing home inverter. We will limit
losses in this mode.
Class D Amplifier
This product is suitable to drive vibration shaker
with excellent performance. It is DSP
based technology and offers low distortion at 56KHz PWM frequency. It also
regulates field supply and can be operated at reduced field current.
